Order Processing

We need 2-3 working days to process your order ,to make sure the product are working before ship.

Delivery Time

The delivery time for European countries will be about 15 days. (The arrival time of the package depends on the transportation situation of the logistics company.)

Notice: All of European countries In order for the package to pass through customs safely, our package will be delivered to the Germany first, so it cannot be tracked online in about 8-12 days before to the Germany , and it can only be tracked after it arrives in the Germany for transshipment.

For countries like USA, Australia and most countries of South America will be 10 days.

Tracking

After we ship the package, customer will receive an confirmation email with a tracking number in it. Please track it on http://www.17track.net/ for various Express information, http://www.ems.com.cn/english.html for EMS information, or http://www.cn.dhl.com/en.html for DHL information.

Online Tracking can track your package at different stages. If you can’t track it, please try it again one or two days later, or ask our customer service for help.

 

Return Policy

In 14 days (from the day the goods is signed for /received), if you request returning the purchased item, it can be returned and refunded under the following conditions. The products should be sent back in original packages, which means that they shall not be used (except tryout), worn, plastic removed, damaged, scratched or tampered with. All returns are at the customers’ own cost.

When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will deduct $20-40 shipping & Handing Cost for the time we sent it to you and then give you a refund.

Please be noted that after 14 days we may not issue a refund, but exchange may be acceptable.
Please note that refund does not apply to watches that have suffered physical damage caused by the Custom. If it is the case, exchange will be advisable.

Exchanges

In 14 days (from the day the goods is signed for /received), if you find the products you purchase are not satisfying, they can be returned and replaced under the following conditions:

The products should be sent back in original packages, which means that they shall not be used (except tryout), worn, plastic removed, damaged, scratched or tampered with. All returns are at the customers’ own cost.

When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace them with new ones and ship them back to you.

As there is handing cost and shipping fee involved, please kindly understand that we have to charge you $30-50 as shipping & Handing Cost before we send you the replacement item.

Exchanges will be subject to price difference adjustment (if there is any).

Please be advised that if you want to replace the item after the guaranteed 14 days, you are suggested to contact us directly for further processing.
